Or…an evening with Rick Rodriguez.
I do not smoke cigars very often, still sometimes I take the time to enjoy one. But savoring a cigar takes time. One cannot just light a stick and think the full flavors will develop by hectically puffing on it.
I got the chance to taste some cigars at a cigar presentation event with Rick Rodriguez who taught cigar aficionados a lot about blending tobacco, the process of making and to really enjoying a cigar in a very entertaining way. I have never heard before that not cutting a stick before lighting it can enrich the flavor. I really have to try this.
So what is the conclusion of this evening? Take your time, relax to savor the flavors. Smoking a cigar can stop the hectic around you and give you time to charge your inner batteries again.
